Ingredients

• ½ onion, finely chopped
• 2 hot peppers, seeded, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 ripe tomato, skinned
• 2 tsp. lime juice
• 2 tsp. Ancestral vinegar
• 1 pinch of salt
