• 900 ml of your favourite stock
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 medium white onion, diced
• 1 cup arborio rice
• ¼ cup dry white wine
• ½ cup Sunny Dog Barkin' Herbs & Garlic Cheddar , grated
• 12 ½” cubes of Sunny Dog Barkin' Herbs & Garlic Cheddar
• Salt to taste
• ½ cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ cups panko crumbs
• Oil for frying
