• 2 cups elbow macaroni
• 4 tbsp. of butter
• 3 cups of milk
• Salt
• 3 tbsp. of all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp. black pepper
• Pinch of paprika
• Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
• 2 cups Bothwell Sunny Dog Herbs & Garlic Cheddar (packed out 8 ounces), grated
• ½ cup Bothwell Parmesan , grated
• ½ cup bread crumbs
