Ingredients

• 16 oz. lean minced beef
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast™ Flakes
• 1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
• 1/4 pint beef stock
• 8 oz. uncooked macaroni
• 1 medium courgette chopped
• 8 oz. carrots, thinly sliced
• 8 oz. sweet com
• 16 oz. kidney beans
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/4 pint dry red wine
• salt and pepper to taste
