Ingredients

• 2 cans cream style corn
• 2 cans chopped Hatch green chile
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 beaten eggs
• 3/4 cup yellow corn meal
• 2 cups (or less) Cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp garlic
• 5 tbsp cooking oil
