Ingredients

• 1 fully cooked boneless Kunzler ham
• 12 whole cloves
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/3 cup apple cider
• 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 2 eggs
• 6 slices bread, cubed
• 6 slices Kunzler bacon
• 1 stick butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
