• 1 tsp Kosher Flake Salt
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 rib celery, chopped
• 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
• 1/4 cup roasted, chopped pecans
• 2 tsp Gobble Gobble Blend
• big handful chopped parsley
• 1 egg
• 2 cups chicken stock, heated
• 4 Tbl unsalted butter, melted
