Apple Cranberry Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients

• 2 lb french bread, cubed
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 lb country pork sausage
• 2 cups sweet onion, diced
• 1 cup celery, small dice
• Cattleman’s Grill Trail Dust All Purpose Seasoning
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 2 tbsp garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh sage, minced
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 quart turkey/chicken stock
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 cups sweet apple, peeled, diced
• 1/4 cup Italian parsley
