• 2 Tbl Loaded Potato Skin Blend
• 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
• 2 Tbl cornstarch
• 1 can evaporated milk
• Grated cheddar cheese, for serving
