• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon coffee brandy or for non-alcholic use cold and very strong coffee or expresso
• 1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers
• 1 square semisweet chocolate
