• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
• 1/4 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp. Tabasco or other hot sauce
• 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
