Homemade roulade filled with fresh strawberries and cream with white chocolate, dessert cream with vanilla and orange marmalade.

- 150 g cane sugar
- 20 g unsweetened cocoa
- 50 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Filling:
- 1,5 dl. Dessert Cream with vanilla flavour from Skælskør Frugtplantage®
- 75 g white chocolate
- 25 g icing sugar
- 3 leaves husblas
- 1 dl. Organic orange marmalade from Skælskør Frugtplantage®
- 1 dl. whipping cream
- 200 g fresh strawberries
