- 4 oz-cream cheese(soften)
- 2 egg yolks(beaten)
- 4 cups-mozzarella cheese
- 1 large onion
- 10 strips of bacon
- 1 tsp-sugar
- 1 TBSP-balsamic vinegar
- 8 TBSP-butter
- 1/4 cup-flour
- 1 tsp-black pepper
- Paprika and more pepper to sprinkle
- Salt to taste(optional)
- You will need a greased baking dish.
