Cinnamon Rolls | A Bit of Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup whole milk (heated to 110 degrees)
• ¼ cup warm water (heated to 110 degrees)
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• ½ cup Butter (room temperature)
• 2 eggs -room temperature and beaten
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ cup sugar
• 5 cups Bread flour - added one cup at a time
• 3 tsp instant dry yeast
• ½ cup Butter - melted or softened
• 1 cup Brown Sugar - packed
• 4 tbsp Cinnamon
• *nuts optional - 3/4-1c
• 1 package of cream cheese
• 1 stick Butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
