• 2 large eggs (yolks and whites separated)
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted and cooled to room temperature)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 small bottle red food colouring
• 125 g cream cheese (room temperature)
• ¾ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 1 ¼ cups confectioner’s sugar
