• 3-4 tsp mild curry powder
• 5 tbsp sour cream
• 4 tbsp fresh chived, chopped
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• Pinch of salt
• 125ml mayonnaise
• 75ml wholegrain or Dijon mustard
• 75ml runny honey
