• 1 1/2 cups Carolina® White Rice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups sodium-reduced chicken broth
• 1/2 cup 35% heavy cream
• 2 oz brick-style plain cream cheese, cut into cubes
• 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
• 3 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
