UJ's Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
• 6 to 7 large baking apples, cored, peeled, sliced or chopped
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
• 2 tablespoons butter
