Zucchini Stew - Cook with Sousou

Ingredients

• 300 g minced meat
• 2 onions, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, smashed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 500 g tomatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1½ kg zucchinis, cut into round pieces
• 3½ cups water
• 1 cinnamon stick
• salt and pepper to taste
