Ingredients

  • 15 Red chilies (soaked in water for 30 minutes and deseeded and de veined)
  • 5 small red onions chopped finely
  • 11 garlic cloves chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon celery chopped finely
  • 1 inch ginger chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup + 2 1/2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar/ Rice wine vinegar
  • 3 to 4 white pepper corn/ schiuan pepper corn
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
  • 1 cup Riceland American Jasmine Rice
  • 1/2 cup cabbage chopped finely
  • 1 carrot chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
  • 3/4 cup Mung bean sprouts
  • 3-4 tablespoon Schezwan sauce (Use less or more according your spice level)
  • 3 green onions chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seed oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
