• 3 cups cooked chopped spinach
• For meat sauce:
• 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1-28 ounces can plum tomatoes, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups beef stock
• 3 teaspoons tomato paste
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
