• 6 oz Shrimp – poached or steamed and peeled
• 1/2 each Avocado – sliced
• 2 tbsp Lime Juice
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1/4 cup thin sliced Red Onion
• 2 oz Baby Spinach
• 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/8 tsp Salt
• 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
