• 3 pcs pf chicken thigh fillet
• salt and pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup cold water
• For the sauce:
• 2 tb butter
• 1/2 tb flour
• 2 tb of minced garlic
• minced onions (1/8 cup)
• minced carrots (1/8 cup)
• 3/4 cup chicken broth
• 1/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
