• tsp italian seasoning
• pinch of red pepper flakes
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 500g gnocchi
• handful of spinach
• parmesan (to taste)
• small handful of fresh parsley
• squeeze of lemon
