• 2 cups Maida
• 1/2 cup Carrot (grated)
• 4 tbsp Raisins
• 4 tbsp Dates (chopped)
• 200 gms Butter
• 2 tsp Sugar (powdered)
• 2 tbsp Cashewnuts (chopped)
• 2 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
• 2 tbsp Pistachios (chopped)
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/3 tsp Nutmeg Powder
• 1/3 tsp Clove Powder
• 1/3 tsp Cinnamon Powder
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tsp Rum and Raisin Essence
