Mrs. Iaciofano’s Farfalle with Sausage - Colavita Recipes

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 small onion or large shallot, minced
• 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
• ½ tsp oregano
• salt and pepper
• ½ tsp teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 14 oz Colavita Whole Peeled or Diced Tomatoes
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 1 lb Italian sweet pork sausage, removed from casings and broken in to small pieces
• grated Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup parsley, chopped
• 1 lb Colavita Farfalle
