• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup carrots, small dice
• 1 cup celery, small dice
• 1 cup carrots, large dice
• 1 cup leeks, sliced
• 1/2 cup white win
• Fresh thyme
• Fresh rosemary
• 5 garlic cloves
• 2 cups spinach
• 2 cups kale
