- ½ tsp corn starch
- 2 French Bagette
- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Extra Thick Double cream (or 1 C whipping cream)
- ½ tsp Mixed ground spice
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ cup Milk
- ⅔ cup Extra Thick Double Cream (1 1/3 C whipping cream)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (300g Container)
- ⅔ cup Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
