Ingredients
- Purée prepared macaroni and cheese with hot liquid until smooth in texture.
- Add ThickenUp ® Clear TM . Process briefly until mixed, scraping sides of bowl.
- Pour into steam table pan coated with cooking spray.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and heat quickly (within 2 hours) to 165°F (74°C).
- Hold hot for service at internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) or higher.
