Ingredients

• Oriental Meatballs
• 2 lb (1 Kg) ground pork
• 2 onions finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) soy sauce
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) beef broth
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) sesame seeds
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) vegetable oil
• Spicy Sauce
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) mango chutney
• 2 tsp (10 mL) tamarind
• Few drops of hot sauce
