• 1/4 cup boiling water
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 /2 cup heavy cream
• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups powdered sugar
