• 1 cup butter crackers, crushed
• 1 ½ cups Boss Claw lump crab meat
• ¼ tsp. salt and ground pepper, to taste
• ½ tsp. lemon zest
• 5Tbsp. dry sherry
• 2 Tbsp. Heinen's olive oil
