• 1 pound Premio Premio’s Sweet Italian Sausage
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 6 cups beef broth (or bouillion)
• 16 ounces tomato sauce
• 2 cans chopped stewed tomato with basil & oregano
• 1 cup carrots, cut in half circles
• 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced in half circles
• 8 ounces cheese filled tortellini
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• Pressed, fresh garlic to taste
• Grated fresh Parmesan Cheese for garnish
