Making self-saucing puddings might seem a bit tricky but this recipe is so easy to put together. You will end up with soft chocolate sponge on top and a rich chocolate and orange sauce underneath.
Ingredients
- 200g self-raising flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100g dark chocolate chopped
- 200g golden caster sugar
- 50g butter melted
- 1 egg
- 175ml milk
- 2 oranges zested
- to serve (optional) crème fraîche
- 150g unrefined soft dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
