• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• Nonstick cooking spray, oil, or butter
• 2 tablespoons cornmeal
• 3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
• 1/2 cup Corky’s Original Recipe Bar-B-Q Sauce
• 1/2 pound Corky’s Bar-B-Q Pork Shoulder, chopped
• 1 small red onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
• 1 small green bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
• 1 small red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
