Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided use
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 4 cups pecan halves, finely chopped in a food processor
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 pound (1 box) phyllo dough, thawed according to package instructions
• 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
