Ingredients

• 6 hard-boiled eggs ~ peeled and roughly chopped
• 1 TB mayonnaise (mine has olive oil in it)
• 1 TB sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp plain yellow mustard
• 1/2 tsp. turmeric
• 1 tsp fresh, chopped parsley
• 2 TB finely chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 2 tsp. Kosher salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2-3 slices of bacon ~ cooked crisp and crumbled ( for us, this is a MUST )
• 2-3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
• 1/2 large dill pickle, finely chopped
