Blueberry Bagels | Bread Machine Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 cup of water (80°F./27°C.)
• 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
• 3 1/2 cups bread flour
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• (1/4 cup honey for the boiling water bath) optional
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (if you don’t like cinnamon just use the sugar)
• 1/2 cup of sugar
