• 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup (I used Hershey's)
• 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
