Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine or leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 2 heaping cups chopped baby bok choy, tatsoi, or baby spinach leaves
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 6 green onions, white and green parts, sliced
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro, leaves and stems, chopped
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and separated into segments
  • 8 oz. shelled edamame (defrosted, if from frozen)
  • 1/3 cup prepared hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. fish sauce (or tamari)
