Steak Express Sub recipe by Najiya

Ingredients

• 500g tenderized steak cut into strips
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon red chillis
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon barbeque spice
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 med green pepper sliced
• 1 med red pepper, sliced
• 2 tablespoon peri peri sauce
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon tomato
• oil and marinate the steak
• a few minutes.
• Add 1 cup water and cook until the steak
