Chilli con carne — cookaz

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 lb lean minced beef
• 2 cup red wine
• 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
• 3 tbsp tomato puree
• 2 red chillies, thinly sliced
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 beef stock cube
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2 x 400g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 bunch coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
