Amazing centerpiece for Christmas dinner. Having the boneless leg of lamb slow cooked in the crock pot makes it extra tender and therefore delicious.
Ingredients
- 1,5 kg boneless leg of lamb
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tablespoons ras el hanout
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 75 ml sherry
- pepper and salt to taste
