Ingredients

• 1 x 1.4kg whole chicken
• 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for rubbing
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• Salt and black pepper
• 1 small lemon, chopped into wedges
• u00bd an onion, chopped into wedges
• 700g baby potatoes, halved
• 300g spicy chorizo, sliced 2cm thick
• 2 red peppers, deseeded and chopped into chunks
• 2 corn on the cobs, cut into 3cm pieces
