Ingredients

• 4 cups diced apples
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar (I use at least 1/2 cup less)
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
