Chocolate Gourmand: Di's Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 bag chocolate chips
• 1 bag butterscotch chips
• 1 bag bakers coconut (~12 oz)
• 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (Brian uses pecans)
