- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 14-ounce can full fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or gluten free cinnamon)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- dash nutmeg (or gluten free nutmeg)
- 2-1/2 tablespoons vegan butter (melted)
