• 1 1/2 lb Smoked brisket
• 1 tb Peanut oil
• 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tb Texas Pete Hotsauce
• 1/4 c Butter
• 1 tb Red cayenne pepper; (or to

• 39 oz Chicken broth
• 1 c Diced carrots and/or
• 1 tb Black pepper
• 15 oz Crushed tomatoes
• 1 tb Garlic chopped
• 1/4 c All-purpose flour
