Mooideen’s Steak Box recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1 kg rump steak sliced thin
• ½ teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 teaspoons garlic
• 2 teaspoons crushed red chillies
• 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
• 2 teaspoons chilli powder
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon worcester sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoons steers peri peri
• 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons All joy chili sauce
• Dash of black pepper.
• Add to cooked steak mix well.
