Steak Rotis recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 500g steak cut in 2cm cubes
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 med onion finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon ginger garlic
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon Dana
• ½ teaspoon jiro
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 medium green pepper chopped
• 1 green chillie finely chopped (I omit)
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
